Bart Simpson debut in 1990. Unlike most at the time that were made from Raven Aerostar, Bart was made from Bigger than Life, due to him being made by a company that doesn't know how to make balloons, that stitching of the balloon would cause problems later. In 1990, Bart sprung a leak due to the stitching, but was able to be fixed to make his debut. He was a mainstay until 1996 where he was retired.
